Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required upon arrival at the facility
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Experience with geriatric patient populations
- Strong documentation and communication skills
