Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 8 patients per day across assigned service areas
Conduct evaluations and treatments with an expected productivity of 6.5 points per hour, typically including 3-4 evaluations per day
Treat primarily post-acute patients in a home care setting across multiple counties
Manage and self-schedule daily patient visits with flexibility to adjust visit order as needed
Provide supervision to one COTA as part of the therapy team
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license - must be in hand at time of submission
