GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $43.80 - $51.10 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility policies
- Promote patient independence, safety, and quality of life

- Guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $43.80 - $51.10 per hour
