Location: Warsaw, Virginia
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week
Highlights:- Travel assignment lasting approximately 89 days through December 26, 2026

Requirements:- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Virginia
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Clean professional license and background check required
