GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate:$57.00 - $66.50 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, acute care, outpatient, or home health settings preferred
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and positive rehabilitation outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Assess functional limitations affecting activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Assist patients in improving strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and self-care skills
- Recommend and educate patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
- Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life
