Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to join our dynamic therapy team. The candidate will play a vital role in evaluating and providing treatment for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities will include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapy interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for neuro and orthopedic patients.
• Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document treatment activities and patient outcomes in the Meditech system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license (temporary licenses not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Certification in NDT or brain injury treatment is a plus.
