Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 1 year of recent Skilled Occupational Therapist experience (must be within the last 3 years), current BCLSL certification, active license in Washington state or a valid compact license, proficiency in OASIS for staff completing Start of Care (SOC), and experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
- Preferred Qualifications: OASIS experience required for SOC staff, familiarity with home health documentation systems.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with adult patients in home health, no inpatient experience accepted.
- Special Requirements: Must have own transportation, active drivers license, and be prepared for potential on-call rotation; timely communication and documentation are mandatory.

- Additional Notes: This role involves managing 4-5 adult patients daily, with a maximum travel radius of approximately 100 miles. Travel pairs are accepted with the condition of individual territory assignments and personal transportation.
