Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete start of care visits with next-day mandatory reporting
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) within the assigned territory
• Complete clinical notes and all required documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff during normal business hours
• Manage a caseload structured to average 8 hours per day across a variety of visit types, including start of care, recertifications, resumptions of care, evaluations, and revisits
• Expand service territory within Alameda County as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Minimum of one (1) year of Home Health experience
• Proficiency or ability to learn electronic documentation systems (Kinnser)
• Ability to meet a productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Overtime, if applicable, requires pre-approval from the Clinical Supervisor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with OASIS documentation, including start of care, recertification, resumption of care, and discharge assessments
• Familiarity with supervising OTAs in a home health setting
• Strong time management and self-directed work habits suited for a field-based role
