Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Home Health (OT HH) position in the North Napa Valley area. The role involves providing occupational therapy services to geriatric patients within a home health setting. The position requires flexibility in territory coverage, timeliness in documentation and communication, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); valid license in hand; at least 1 year of relevant experience; recent experience with a minimum of 6 visits daily and a weekly productivity of 30 points; proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase); OASIS experience REQUIRED for staff completing Start of Care (SOC); active driver's license and personal transportation; knowledge of acute care, activities of Daily Living, edema massage, electrical stimulation, feeding techniques, TENS, ultrasound, orthopedic rehab, prosthetics, and splinting techniques; experience with geriatric patient population

• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Home health experience is essential
  • Must submit RTO (Requested Time Off) at the time of application
  • On-call rotation may be required; discuss during interview
  • Former permanent employees must be separated for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
  • Module training during orientation; modules are billable
  • Timely documentation and communication are mandatory; Monday orientation required
  • Travel pairs are accepted but each must have own territory and transportation
