Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and Oasis proficiency for patients in the Medford, OR area.

Details

  • Home health setting serving patients in Medford, OR and surrounding areas
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patient visits per day
  • Standard productivity expectation of 30 points
  • No weekend requirements
  • No on-call requirements
  • No floating required between like units
  • EPIC/Oasis charting system used

Requirements

  • Active Occupational Therapy license required if applicable
  • Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Oasis experience required
  • Reliable personal transportation required

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
  • Candidates within a 50-75 mile radius are considered local and accepted at the same pay rate
  • Occasional travel of 50+ miles between patient visits may be required, though scheduling is optimized to minimize drive time
  • Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required
  • Any color scrubs permitted
  • Free parking available
  • Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
  • Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period
  • Pending license applications will be accepted
