Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Wisconsin License, BLS certification, Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Vehicle, active driver?s license, active auto insurance, and 3 years minimum occupational therapy experience in home health, skilled nursing facility, or acute care settings.
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role involves working with RN and PT interdisciplinary teams. Orientation begins at a Milwaukee-based office with EPIC electronic medical record training and preceptor-led field orientation. Travel within Racine and Kenosha Counties, WI, is expected, with most patients within a 20-30 minute drive, occasional trips up to an hour. Scrubs can be any color, and parking is available at patient homes.
