Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health - South Dennis, MA. This position involves evaluating and treating adult and pediatric patients utilizing occupational therapy modalities. The role includes establishing treatment plans, administering diagnostic testing, fabricating adaptive equipment or splints, and providing patient and family education. The occupational therapist will collaborate with medical and allied health personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; 1 year of experience in occupational therapy or related field.

Responsibilities include re-evaluating patients, modifying treatment plans, maintaining equipment and supplies, providing instruction to patients and families, and documenting patient care and activities.
