Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 1+ year of recent experience and OASIS/HCHB EMR proficiency.

Details

  • Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
  • Territory covers Rhinelander, between Rhinelander and Arbor View
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day, to be confirmed during interview
  • On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
  • Territory spans up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
  • iPad provided for documentation, cell phone not provided

Requirements

  • Current OT license required if applicable, must be in hand prior to start
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health OT experience required
  • OASIS experience required
  • HCHB EMR experience required
  • BLS certification required

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers will be considered for this role
  • Must be flexible with territory assignments as needed
  • Timely documentation and communication with the care team required
  • Scrubs required in any color, jeans not permitted
  • Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
  • Local candidates accepted and eligible for travel rate
