  • Required Qualifications: WA state Occupational Therapist (OT) license, CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (BLS preferred), minimum of 1 year of experience, location requirements: must currently hold licensure in the state of Washington, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care.
  • Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, from 10/05/2026 to 01/16/2027.
  • Additional Information: The role involves independent operation, evaluation, and therapeutic intervention in a home health setting.
