Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for ND or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Occupational Therapist work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Occupational Therapist | North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy | Prior to Start Date; Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) | National Board Cert. Occupational Therapy (NBCOT); Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Prior to Start Date
- Equipment/Procedures: Well versed in custom hand splints
- Experience: 2 years
- Local Restrictions: Travelers allowed
