    Responsibilities
    - Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for residents and develop individualized treatment plans addressing ADLs, mobility, upper and lower extremity function, and functional independence.
    - Deliver evidence-based therapy through one-on-one sessions and group activities, monitoring progress and adapting plans to maximize outcomes.
    - Document clinical findings and progress in the resident’s medical records per facility policy and regulatory requirements.
    - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, social work) to coordinate care and support discharge planning.
    - Educate residents and families on treatment goals, home programs, and safety strategies to support ongoing recovery and independence.
    - Maintain safety and infection control standards, comply with state and federal regulations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives as applicable.

    Requirements
    - Willingness to travel to the assignment location and commit to a 13-week contract
    - Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment with older adults
    - Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
    - Availability for guaranteed 35 hours per week on a 5x8 day shift (08:00–16:30)
    - Eligibility to work in the United States
