Requirement: Pediatric outpatient experience required

Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below                
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel                
Required: All Candidates are expected to Float as needed.

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Occupational Therapist performs professional activities consisting of planning, evaluating, establishing, and implementing individual and group treatment activities under the direction of a physician. Responsibilities include interpreting physician referrals, evaluating patients in various skill areas, developing treatment plans, assisting patients with adaptive equipment, informing patients and families about goals and progress, and assisting with discharge planning. The role may also involve supervising students and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as an Occupational Therapist
• Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Knowledge of principles and practices of professional occupational therapy
• Skill in organizing and instructing occupational therapy activities
• Ability to interpret prescriptions related to therapy
• Good interpersonal skills for effective working relations with staff
• Ability to communicate instructions and technical information to patients
• Basic computer skills
