Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Primarily 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays
• Minor schedule flexibility may be discussed during the interview

Pay:
• Local Rate: $56/hr
• Weekly Pay: $2,240/week

• Travel Package: $2,866/week

Meals: $602/week
Housing: $1,064/week

Role Overview:
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Work with patients ages 4–18
• Facilitate both individual and group OT treatments
• Assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support patients with neurodevelopmental and psychiatric diagnoses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to support patient progress
• Maintain documentation using EPIC

✅ Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• BLS certification through AHA required
• Previous inpatient pediatric and/or behavioral health experience required
• Prior travel experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with psychiatric and neurodevelopmental populations preferred
