Job Summary:
Works under the supervision of the Occupational Therapy Supervisor and Director of Rehabilitation Services. Provides Occupational Therapy interventions to patients per referral, including assessment, care planning, educating patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress and prognosis, scheduling, recording treatment information, and issuing appropriate adaptive equipment. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the unit.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of six (6) - twelve (12) months Epic experience within the past year.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD).
• California Occupational Therapy License.
• BLS AHA certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Acute care experience.

Additional Information:
Manager will not consider new graduates or candidates without acute care experience.
