Occupational Therapist in San Luis Obispo, California. The Occupational Therapist will serve as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
Job Details
- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Location: San Luis Obispo, California
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, starting 11/23/2026 and ending 02/21/2027
- Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) obtained on or after January 2007, with licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; minimum of 1-year experience in acute care setting; current Occupational Therapy licensure in the practice state.
- Essential Functions: Complete evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, provide therapy interventions, communicate discharge plans, complete clinical documentation, supervise assistants, and perform other related duties.
- Additional Information: Must have EPIC experience. Weekend rotation required. No RTO over holidays. RTO approval only for one or two long weekends.
