  • Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, starting 11/23/2026 and ending 02/21/2027
  • Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) obtained on or after January 2007, with licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; minimum of 1-year experience in acute care setting; current Occupational Therapy licensure in the practice state.

  • Additional Information: Must have EPIC experience. Weekend rotation required. No RTO over holidays. RTO approval only for one or two long weekends.
