Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist provides direct patient services, including identifying, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients. Indirect services include consulting, advising, teaching, and training patients and their caregivers.

Required Qualifications
 

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (verified).
• Current license in the State of practice.
• Occupational Therapist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Certified Occupational Therapist through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Additional Information
