Need Specifics: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient | Family Health West | Fruita, CO Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for 8-hour DAYS! ASAP START – 13-week assignment! Shift: 8-hour days, 5 days a week, 0800–1700. Weekends: As needed/scheduled. Setting: Inpatient. Population: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric. Reports to the Inpatient Rehab Supervisor and Hospital Rehab Director. Certs/Licenses Required: AHA BLS, NBCOT, and current Colorado OT license in good standing.
