Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient position available at a healthcare facility in western Arizona. The role involves facilitating the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled patients to maximize their functional status. The treatment plan includes evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate therapy programs, participating in discharge planning, and performing administrative duties as needed.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The proposed weekly schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or higher, Arizona licensure for Occupational Therapists, at least 1 year of experience, and the ability to work independently.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient rehabilitation and familiarity with ReDoc and MedHost EMR/documentation systems.
  • Additional Information:
    • Contract duration: 13 weeks with an ASAP start date.
    • Setting: Inpatient.
    • Caseload: 6-8 patients per day.
    • No COVID vaccination required.
    • Guaranteed hours per week: 36 hours.
    • Position is a contractor replacement.
