Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
• Manage a varied caseload across multiple diagnoses and rehabilitation needs
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize functional independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings
• Experience managing a diverse patient caseload
