**Exciting Opportunity: Occupational Therapist - SNF Rehab** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make an impact in the lives of patients in need of rehabilitation services? - Join a dynamic team providing professional occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). - You will conduct diagnostic assessments, prepare and implement individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain their independence! **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform diagnostic assessments under general supervision. - Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patients' needs. - Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services for a unit, center, or facility. - Work collaboratively with a passionate team dedicated to patient care. - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as the facility operates 24/7. **Equipment You Will Use:** - EMR - Meditech **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, SNF, rehab hospital, or outpatient. - Valid BLS certification. - Must possess an active State of HI license by the start of the assignment. **Schedule Requirements:** - 7 days per week departmental coverage from 7am - 4:30pm. - Standard 5-day work week with one possible weekend day (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat). - Work up to 88 hours in a two-week period.
