Requirements

Minimum 1 year of PT experience
Orthopedic and/or Neurological experience preferred
Cerner EMR experience
Must be comfortable working in an outpatient hospital clinic
No floating to other units
Must meet facility dress-code requirements

Licensed Beds: 355
EMR: Cerner
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Scrubs: Any color; no denim or cartoon designs
Alternative: Khaki slacks + polo shirt
No artificial nails/SNS; nails must be no longer than ¼ inch
Parking available in garage or across-the-street lot; avoid spaces marked for visitors/patients/specific departments
