Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting, primarily Monday through Friday with potential weekend coverage for inpatient needs
• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients presenting with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
• Adapt to low census situations, which may include being placed on call; call-back minimum is 2 hours
• Adhere to all facility health and safety policies, including applicable infection control and vaccination compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations across orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong adaptability and resilience in a dynamic clinical environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
