Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Inpatient Rehab
  • Active OT license required at time of consideration
  • License required if applicable
  • No certifications expiring within first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
  • Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
  • No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
  • Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered, subject to facility radius rules
  • Candidates within 50 miles are restricted to 3 consecutive 13-week local contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius
