Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active NE license required.
• CLT certification required.
• PAM certification required.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts.
• Floating is not required.
