Additional Information

• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, but must be made up during the assignment

• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a reduced bill rate
• Local candidates within 50 miles are restricted to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the radius
