Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to help patients achieve maximum functional potential
• Deliver direct patient care in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
• Practice within the scope of the Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Practice Act and in compliance with all National Board and state governing body rules and regulations
• Document patient care and progress utilizing EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized patient treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2+ years of occupational therapy experience
• Acute care experience required
