Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position available in Arlington, Texas. The role involves providing inpatient occupational therapy services within a hospital setting, focusing on neuro and ortho patient evaluations and treatments, primarily in inpatient rehab and acute hospital units. This position begins on September 15, 2026, and supports the organizations commitment to delivering quality patient care.

Job Details:

  • Shift Hours: 8 hours per day, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours.
  • Start Date: 09/15/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Active OT license (no temporary license allowed), 2+ years of hospital experience, experience with inpatient rehab and/or hospital settings.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in rehab and/or acute hospital, additional advanced skills in neuro and ortho evaluations and treatments.
  • Documentation System: Meditech.
  • Floating Policy: May float to antepartum or gynecology units as needed.
  • Special Skills/Experience: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Procedures Performed: Conducting neuro and orthopedic evaluations and treatments for in-patient rehab, as well as acute orthopedics, telemetry, and ICU patient assessments.
  • Dress Code: Hunter green scrubs.
