Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position located in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves providing rehabilitative therapy to adult and geriatric patients within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The therapist will deliver specialized treatment interventions focused on recovery from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and other acute illnesses. The position is scheduled to start on 09/07/2026, with a typical schedule of day shifts.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Dayshift, 9 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid PT license; 1+ year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or hospital setting; location in United States; Tennessee resident or eligible to work in Tennessee.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Inpatient rehab or hospital experience.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: This is a new/expanded service line. The position offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to comprehensive patient recovery. The unit primarily serves adult and geriatric populations with diagnoses including stroke, neuro conditions, orthopedic injuries, and more. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month. Scrub color is navy blue, and reporting time is 7:45 a.m. upon arrival.
