Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements:

• 1 Year experience in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI.
• Weekend coverage required (every other weekend).
• No holiday requests off (RTO).
• No call required.
• Scrubs: Teal.
