Travel Nursing Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800-$1,890
- Location: Zanesville, Ohio
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks

- End Date: February 15, 2027
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
- Call: No call requirement

Med/Surg Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- At least 3 years of current or recent telemetry and/or stepdown nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret telemetry; competency validation is required at the start of the assignment
- Current, independent proficiency with the Epic electronic medical record system
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience is required; medical-surgical and telemetry experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to float between adult medical-surgical units as patient care needs require
Travel RN Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients, with primary coverage focused on respiratory care
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate clinical outcomes
- Monitor and interpret telemetry, promptly identifying and reporting changes in patient status
- Administer medications and treatments safely while following established clinical standards
- Care for patients across a variety of populations, including wound care, stroke, oncology, cardiac, observation, and emergency department/medical-surgical overflow
- Float between appropriate medical-surgical units when needed to support continuity of care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in Epic
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to promote safe, high-quality care
