Description

American Traveler is hiring an OB Nurse Manager with prior leadership experience and OB nursing background to oversee clinical operations, staff, and patient care on a 13-week contract.

Details

  • OB (Labor and Delivery/LDRP) unit setting
  • Uses EPIC EMR
  • Weekday schedule with call requirements
  • Holiday coverage required
  • Must be able to take bedside shifts as needed in addition to leadership duties

Requirements

  • Active RN license (Colorado or Compact)
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of OB nursing experience
  • Leadership experience within the last 2 years required
  • Minimum of 5 years overall nursing experience
  • Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Supervise patient care, nursing staff, and daily OB operations
  • Collaborate with leadership team to support clinical efficiency, staff development, and quality improvement
  • Reliable personal transportation required due to lack of public transit in the surrounding rural area
