GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Eagleville, Pennsylvania.

House Supervisor / Nurse Manager – Psych | Eagleville, PA
13 weeks, 36 hrs
3x12s nights, 7p-7:30a
$28/hr + $1442 weekly gross = $2,450 weekly gross for 36 hrs, $70/hr
 

Requirements: 
PA or Compact license
2 yrs of  recent Nurse Manager/House Psych Supervisor role
ACLS, BLS
IV experience is required
 

Position Overview

  • Location: Eagleville, PA
  • Department: Psych / Acute Psych / Medical Detox / Residential Rehab
  • Units: Traveler may work across 5 units
  • Beds: Approximately 15 beds per unit
  • Experience:2+ years in a similar setting required
    • Residential rehab experience strongly preferred/needed for success
    • Psych, addiction, detox, and/or behavioral health experience highly relevant
  • BLS: Required
  • Crisis Management: Completed during orientation
  • IV Experience:Required

Schedule / Shifts

  • Days: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
  • Evenings: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
  • Nights: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM for 12-hour shifts
  • Weekend: Every other weekend
  • Holidays: Must work 3 of 6 major holidays
  • Call/Standby: None

Staffing / Support

  • Staffing is based on acuity:
    • 1 RN, preferably 2 RNs
    • 1–2 Psych Techs per unit
  • Nursing Supervisor: Available 24/7 and covers the entire campus
  • Psych Techs: 1–2 per unit
  • Security: 24/7
  • Code White crisis team: Available
  • Cameras throughout the facility; staff are monitored and expected to remain actively engaged.
