Job Summary:
Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, and communicate and assist with any corrective actions. Develop a record-keeping system to document medication errors and counseling. Areas of focus include PICU, General Pediatrics, and NICU.

Required Qualifications:
 

• Seven (7) years of experience, with five (5) years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing Program.
• RN License.
• Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Master's degree in Nursing.
