TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Wound/Ostomy RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02134!
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement individualized wound and ostomy care for patients across applicable care settings
Perform comprehensive wound evaluations and select appropriate evidence-based treatment interventions
Provide ostomy education and support to patients and their families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document all assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
CWOCN (Certified Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse) or CWON (Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse) certification required
Current BLS certification
Ability to fulfill travel assignment requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience
Experience in an acute care or hospital-based wound care setting
Strong communication and patient education skills
