TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Wound/Ostomy RN in Santa Clara, New Mexico, 88026!
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized wound care assessment, treatment, and management for assigned patients
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in accordance with clinical best practices
Monitor wound healing progress and document findings accurately in the patient record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient treatment and outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care procedures and prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Wound Care Certification is required
Must be available to arrive at least 48 hours prior to start date to complete New Mexico state fingerprinting requirements
Must live at least 200 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a dedicated wound care clinical role
Familiarity with New Mexico state healthcare regulations and compliance standards
