Registered Nurse – Wound Care / Wound Ostomy

Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized wound and ostomy nursing care to inpatient populations in an acute hospital setting.
Manage a patient assignment with expected ratios of 1:8–10.
Assess, treat, and document wound and ostomy conditions in accordance with facility protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Participate in holiday coverage as required by the assignment schedule.
Required Qualifications
Active RN license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
Wound care / wound ostomy specialty experience required.
Must be available to commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
All time-off requests and scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at the time of submission; post-offer requests may not be accommodated.
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a wound care or wound ostomy specialty.
Familiarity with inpatient wound assessment tools and documentation systems.
Experience working within large health system environments.
