Job Details
- Position Description: RN Wound Care. Shift: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: CA RN License, BLS (Basic Life Support), WCC (Wound Care Certified), WOCN (Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse) certification, 2 years of clinical experience, previous charge experience, proficiency in Epic charting system, and ability to manage 8-10 patients daily, with a patient acuity of one patient every 30 minutes.
- Preferred Qualifications: LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) experience, community hospital experience, trauma level I or II experience.
- Additional Information: Role involves assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of skin and wound management; patient and family education; interdisciplinary collaboration; adherence to standards, policies, and regulations; continuous professional growth.
- Submittal Requirements: Candidates must upload applicable certifications with valid expiration dates, a valid Nursys license in the last 2 weeks, and two references obtained within the past year.
