Minimum Requirements:-
Active RN license: Oregon & Washington/Multistate
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent Case Management with Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) experience
Epic EMR experience
Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid
Must be available for Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (40 hrs/week)
