Requirements:
- Active Oregon RN or Washington RN license, or Compact RN license
- BLS
- Minimum 1 year of Case Manager or Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) experience
- EPIC experience
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid
- Previous Kaiser Permanente experience preferred
