Remote Utilization Management RN – Travel Contract

Work Setting: REMOTE
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekend: Every 5th weekend rotation
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 Weeks

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Utilization Management RN for a remote travel assignment. This role requires strong provider-facing UM experience, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Utilization Management experience
• Must have experience working directly with providers, not payer-only experience
• CCM or CMCN required
• Epic experience required
• Dragonfly UM tool experience required
• Prior travel experience highly preferred
• Previous remote-work experience required
• Strong computer skills required
• Degree accreditation verification required, or 5 years of relevant experience

Important Job Details:

• 100% Remote
• Travelers are expected to function as core staff and integrate fully with the team
• Floating is required; travelers are first to float and may be assigned to other sister campuses as needed
• Facility culture is very important, and travelers are welcomed as part of the team
• Computer/laptop is not provided by the facility

Submission Requirements:

• 50-mile radius rule from permanent address
• All RTO must be listed at submission — no RTO will be approved after submission
• Complete demographic information required at submission
• HWL Prescreen Interview → Manager Final Interview → Offer
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start
• No exceptions for pending compliance documents
