Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact license
• Minimum 2 years of acute ICU experience within the last 3 years (Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU experience required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start (80% passing score required; 100% accuracy on lethal rhythms)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
