The unit has 12 beds and a staff of 28, including RNs and PCTs. Typical equipment used includes bedside monitors, wound vacs, ventilators, and more. Common procedures performed on the unit include excision/debridement, reattachments, vascular procedures, and skin grafting. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work autonomously, and enjoy teamwork. Candidates with experience in burn/wound care will be prioritized.
