Description:
The position is for a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit.
The unit contains 12 beds with a patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for Med/surg and PCU patients.
The staffing includes Charge RNs, RNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
Type of equipment used includes ventilators and specialty beds, with occasional CRRT.
The documentation system is Meditech.
Scheduling requires a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule, with schedules planned for 4 weeks.
The floating policy dictates that contract labor will float first.
Candidates are required to have experience in Med/surg.
The dress code consists of navy scrubs.
