Description:
The unit has 10 beds and a total of 28 staff members.
The day shift consists of 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses.
The night shift has 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses.
Patient ratios are 1:2.
Equipment used includes CRRT, vents, MTP, hemospheres, arterial lines, and TTM.
The EMR system in use is Meditech Expanse.
Typical procedures performed include bronchoscopy and central venous catheter as well as arterial line insertion.
Candidates with critical drip management and arterial line skills will be prioritized.
The ideal candidate should be flexible.
Weekend shifts are required, with a total of 4 weekend shifts scheduled over a 4-week period.
Attendance and meeting schedule commitments are essential.
