Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit Trauma located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position involves caring for critically ill trauma, neuro, and surgical patients within a Level 1 Trauma Center and Stroke Center for Excellence. The role requires dedication to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment with complex medical cases.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of recent ICU trauma experience, valid RN license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), healthcare or nursing degree, and work location in Indianapolis, Indiana.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ICP monitoring, brain tissue oxygenation, and continuous dialysis.
• Additional Information: Join a highly skilled team trained to care for critically ill trauma, neuro, and surgical patients. The unit features 24 beds dedicated to trauma, neuro, and surgical intensive care, with a focus on complex cases such as strokes, brain tumors, and severe traumatic injuries. Clinical responsibilities include managing patients with massive transfusions, brain monitoring, and critical surgical post-operative care.
